Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Rocklin.

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Standard shipping transit time is typically 3–10 business days after shipment.
• Free standard shipping is available on orders $60+ before taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
Once orders are marked as shipped and in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Processing and delivery times may vary during sales, restocks, or high-volume periods.


 RETURNS 

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that all final sale, clearance, and marked “final sale” items are not eligible for return or refund. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
